Katha upanishad is an allegory because it tells a story through Nachiketa and the story has a narrator. The story tells us that Nachiketa is a teenage boy that was able to resist a temptation that the character of death offer him. Nachiketa is able to resist that because he is a stubborn teen. He want to know what happens after death and the secrets of the heavens . This are all allegory's because the story has this hidden massage that is being tell through the characters.
