POETICS

One night of June 2013 in Mexico, in my parents hometown, in their house, delinquent that were armed with weapons  well equipped. The ones in the house were my mom, dad, great grandmother,my two little sisters, where there when this event happened. Me and my older brother  were  in the US studying, because my dad thought it was too dangerous for us to stay in the town. In that night of June 2013 the delinquents started shutting the house, the house is made out of bricks and the bricks were capable enough to not get destroyed by the bullets. My moms tells me that she was holding my youngest sister on her arms and my dad was covering my other sister and my grandmother. The shooting didn't even take 2 minutes and she says it felt like a whole hour. After the shooting they decided to go live in my grandparents house in baja California.

LITERATURE ANALYSIS

Fablehaven is the book I have been reading, this book is about how two kids that went to live with their grandparent for about 17 days, in does 17 days that they stay. They discovered that their grandfather is a caretaker of fablehaven. Which is a place were some mystical creatures still exist, and keeped away from the human world. Their are rules to the creature to maintain them in fablehaven and if the rules are broken the creature are unleashed to the human world and Kendra and her brother Seth have to stop the creature and put them back into the fablehaven.

MY BIG QUESTION

I don't really have a big question right now, but I am pretty sure that my big question will come on it's own time, and I am going to find the answer.

WHERE THE PLOT THICKENS

Do you like action? Then you'll love stories that are driven by the plot. Here are the key ingredients to a good plot. The first one is the Exposition, this is where the important background information within a story. After the exposition is the Rising action where the story is being build up to the climax in this part there is also a lot of tension. In the Rising action is also where a reader is getting into the story. Then come the climax this is the point of the highest tension and drama of the story. After this comes the falling action, this is when you are getting and solving the story. The Resolution is the when the main problem is solved or worked out, where the story ends.

WRITING ABOUT LIFE AND DEATH

Katha upanishad is an allegory because it tells a story through Nachiketa and the story has a narrator. The story tells us that Nachiketa is a teenage boy that was able to resist a temptation that the character of death offer him. Nachiketa is able to resist that because he is a stubborn teen. He want to know what happens after death and the secrets of the heavens . This are all allegory's because the story has this hidden massage that is being tell through the characters. How I learn

I learn by practicing some over again and again. I am not a very organized person, but I always try to do my homework no matter what happens. I always ask a friend or my older brother to help me memorize and learn something. I don't like working alone I always like to hear other peoples opinions about how I am doing, if I am doing something right or wrong. I like to be corrected and always have the right information that I need.

Reflection on Richard Cory

When I memorized the poem "Richard cory" I started to think about it differently. I thought about why he might of killed himself and I thought about how the poem relates to my life today. It seems like I am very alike to richard cory because my parents expect a lot from me. I always have this pressure on me that I have to have at least A's if not B's but I can't get a grade lower than that. I relate to Richard cory on how he always had this perfect image because he was very smart,and all the people on town saw this,and  my whole family thinks that of me that I am smart. But that us not me I am just an optimistic person and try my best on what I am doing. Richard cory killed himself maybe because of all the pressure he had on maintaining that perfect image and I also have this image of a good student that every one in my family expects to be. Except I won't commit suicide because I think that's not right.
